I messed around with this sign a couple of times. I really wanted to explore and experiment with Photoshop. The first I wanted to make it look like a painting. The second I wanted the trashcans to really stick out against the background and I made the 1432 broad sign brighter. The last sign, I worked on first I wanted to eliminate the trash look but also give it a choppy look like the 1432 sign.
I wanted to turn the picture from day to night to give it a more creepy feeling. I wanted to make the blood sign neon as if it is a commercial retail building. I gave some light to the window to give it more of a night feel. Also I removed the donor word from the sign. 
Having the sign against black and white makes it appear more epic.
